This is a good value for the money but doesn't get quite the advertised fuel mileage. Rides smooth, looks good &runs great.
2006 Pontiac G6GM girl - Laurel, MD04/07/2009
I had not been in the market for a car for long when I saw this car and thought, if it looks this good there has to be something else wrong with it. I am soooo glad that i was wrong. This car is awesome. It handles curves very well is good on gas mileage and has a great feel. With all the problems GM having, I am still proud to own one. I highly recommend this car.
G-6, Hardtop convertible
2006 Pontiac G6Felling so fly - San Diego01/14/2012
This is the first car I have purchased with under 100,000 miles and has been quite the good experience. A hard top convertible gives you the best of both worlds. If it is cold and rainy, the top is up and it is just a normal car, but if the sun comes out in the afternoon hold a button and BOOM you are in the middle of the open air ready to rock! The only downsides that I have found would be that it takes longer than I would like to put the top down but the process is worth watching so it isn't too bad. The seats aren't as comfortable as I would like but they are not uncomfortable and the back is spacious enough to actually seat two more people comfortably. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who wants a fun car!
Though its tenure was short-lived and it was only available in the US for a single model year, the Pontiac G8 is still largely considered one of the best American sedans produced in recent history. The G8 was first developed and produced in Australia, where it was known as the Holden Commodore. It was rebadged for the North American market in 2008, where it replaced the Pontiac Bonneville.
