2007 Pontiac G6Miss Muffin - Fort Worth, TX08/29/2008
I had my first experience with this car when I rented it for a trip. "Wow, I fell in loved with it the minute I sat behind the wheel." I love the way the seats wraps around you, the adjustable backrest on the drivers seat, the look of the dash (how it lights up at night). How the radio console displays if your keyless remote needs a new battery and it's very roomy. But most importantly. I LOVE how it handles on the road. It's BAD. :)
Mines has a few flaws like no ligts near the rearview mirror, in the vanity mirrors or curise control. But I can live with that because this is such a great car.I've only had it for two months now and it only had 6K miles on it when I got it. I
My G-6 is a fun car to drive. Great Fit & Finish real tight even though it has well over 50K of usage. Gets good gas mpg close to 32+ hwy and 24+ city type. Only problem I had was Catalytic converter went bad at about 45K. Dealer replaced under powertrain GM warranty at no cost to me.. Would buy another if PONTIAC was still around. Oh well I guess I'll look @ Malibu or Camry when time to replace.
2008 Pontiac VibeR Rodriguez - Corpus Christi, TX01/27/2016
Great car. Made by Pontiac but toyota drivetrain. Drives very nice, sporty and lots of benefits. Have a full size truck but find myself using my Pontiac vibe more and more because of the hatchback and fold down rear seats. My dogs love riding in it especially with the rear seats down. Driver's seat sits like I'm in my truck not like a car. With my back issues I'm able to get in and out comfortably and enjoy the ride.
Though its tenure was short-lived and it was only available in the US for a single model year, the Pontiac G8 is still largely considered one of the best American sedans produced in recent history. The G8 was first developed and produced in Australia, where it was known as the Holden Commodore. It was rebadged for the North American market in 2008, where it replaced the Pontiac Bonneville.
