Customer Review Summary for Pontiac
fun and useful
2004 Pontiac Vibebikenutt - Los Angeles suburb11/29/2008
My main reason for watching for this model was that it came with roof rails standard, in order to mount bike carriers on top. I had no idea that it would be so much fun to drive! Didn't know it was based on a Matrix chassis, am pleased that Pontiac didn't make it feel like an americanmade model, ponderous and sluggish. It is quick, agile, handles well, good visibility, and has four-wheel disc brakes: take note any remaining american car makers...
In addition to its fun performance, it is remarkably comfortable for me, a bit taller than average. The drivers' seat is fully adjustable, and steering column can be set vertically. Finally, the back seats can be folded flat, and it carries a surprising amount in back. All told, very fun, and very useful!
Mt Dream Car
2007 Pontiac G6Paul - Clearwater, FL02/11/2011
This car was purchased as a replacement for a 2004 Sunbird Poitiac, the car is excellent in both handling, performance, and looks. The 18" tires make it a great ride, the gas mileage is around 20 in the city, and 24 on the road, it is hard to keep the car down under 70 MPH, it likes to run. The V-6 engine is plenty fast on take off and the transmission is smooth. My car has all the options, including heated seats, auto lights, Moonson radio, exterior start. My car is a hard top convertible with the top folding down into the trunk, it works to a tee. Having owned many Pontiacs to me this is the top of the line. I would recommend this car to everyone.
Though its tenure was short-lived and it was only available in the US for a single model year, the Pontiac G8 is still largely considered one of the best American sedans produced in recent history. The G8 was first developed and produced in Australia, where it was known as the Holden Commodore. It was rebadged for the North American market in 2008, where it replaced the Pontiac Bonneville.
Since their inception, muscle cars have transformed ordinary drives into adventures. Their beefy V8 engines, impressive performance characteristics, and aggressive stances make enthusiastic owners think up new reasons to grab their keys and take their next drive. If you want to reignite your passion for driving and experience the best muscle car the world currently has to offer, you’ll need to wade through the abundant options. Of all your four-wheeled options, the Pontiac G8 and Dodge Charger are worth a place at the top of your search list.
