2005 Pontiac VibeKVibe - Stuart,Fl11/20/2006
I purchased the car with 13000 miles on it, replaced th clutch at 25,000. Look everywhere. This is a major problem with this car, it is a japenese clutch that is similar to a motorcycle design adn it is horrible. I have been working on cars my whole life and never seen anything like this
2007 Pontiac G6G6 - Sacramento, CA05/14/2007
I love my G6! It has the power I want for that up hill climb or getting around road hazards. The gas mileage is not too bad for a V6, about 23 around town. I have had no trouble with the engine or transmission. I live in a hot area, being able to remote start it with the air on is a must for me. I can have 4 larger adults and still have plenty of elbow room. The drivers seat has lumbar support but the passengers do not. I was a little concerned about what I read in reviews that engine noise came through when at higher speeds. I have not found that at all. Actually I do hear it when I step on it, but I like it! The unique style of the G6 sets me apart and I have to admit, I like that too. I currently have 33k miles and would recommend my best friend to purchase this car.
Though its tenure was short-lived and it was only available in the US for a single model year, the Pontiac G8 is still largely considered one of the best American sedans produced in recent history. The G8 was first developed and produced in Australia, where it was known as the Holden Commodore. It was rebadged for the North American market in 2008, where it replaced the Pontiac Bonneville.
