I traded in a 2006 BMW M Roadster for the Vibe. The Vibe has more than adequate power, room, and versatility. I highly recommend the Vibe for anyone looking for a comfortable, relatively economical vehicle.
I never thought with my credit issues and past exp. with big car dealers that I would ever get approved for a NEW/(used) car!! I just want to say that I have always been a fan of Pontiac.. so when we went looking on through the lot I was instantly attracted to the Vibe and I didn't even know it was a Pontiac at the time. It only took a 10 minute test drive for me and my husband to fall in love with this car!!! It very roomy inside and the hatch back is really nice. The seats make the paint job ... all black! And it is so very pretty to look at! LOL .. The radio is amazing , as well as the ON STAR feature . I love everything about this car.
one thing to know about this car is that with the exception to the body its pretty much the same car as the toyota matrix. so im hoping this car will come with the reliability the toyota name is known for. ive had this car for about a month now, which is the basic 2010 vibe, and have enjoyed owning it. gas milage is good, its zippy, the ac vents are great, the speakers are average, the cupholders are confusing..just how is my cup secured?, but it does an ok job. it feels so roomy! its like a car with higher roof so it almost feels like driving a small suv. not so much trunk space but its average, and groceries or whatever was placed in the trunk would slide around while driving, so to fix that i placed those customizable rolls you use for the kitchen cabinets or drawers, it grips really well, problem solved. i think you can tie down things to the roof because theres this pull out anchors i think, but i have to look at the manual to be sure. most impressed with the comfort and height/roomy feeling. looks good too.
