love the car. it's a sports car that i've always wanted to own. i love to drive it every day and it is more of a quality of life improvement than a practical car. obviously, it gets me from point a to point b, but it lacks room for storage or carrying items; i knew that going into the deal, however, so it's something if weighed in my mind before making the inquiry and then the purchase. it looks sharp and i get compliments all the time about the car to the point of making me feel a little too self-indulgent. but, hey, you've got one life to live and why not drive a porsche for part of it if you can afford it.
2009 Porsche CaymanConnie - San Diego, CA11/14/2012
I bought this car for the power, handling, suspension, and weight distribution. I am constantly surprised by just how luxurious it is! I'm convinced that if they put a 911 engine in this amazing car, they could never sell another 911 because it's just that perfect! Taking a sharp curve really fast, you notice how well balanced it is - you only feel the G force, not the engine placement. It's also very practical, having two trunks.
If you want a car to go from point A to point B and you do not want to enjoy yourself, this is not the car for you. If you want every drive to be a fulfilling driving experience, buy a Cayman S. The Cayman S is truly the perfect car - I'm in love!

I enjoy the power and speed of the car to maneuver around slower traffic and the ability to merge easily on to the interstate. Since this is a 2009 it doesn't have the bells and whistles with bluetooth connectivity. I recently have looked at options to upgrade sound system to add bluetooth. There are after market products which are cheaper and Porsche can put in the newer bells and whistles as well at a higher price.
