The car fits into our overall intended purpose: spacious, safe, medium power, reliable (so far). The vehicle does however comsume a costly amount of gasoline. I would not recommend this vehicle to someone who travel large distances on a regular basis. If you need a family vehicle this one is a good consideration as long as you do not require a lot of bells and whistles.
2008 Saturn OutlookRod - Atlanta, GA07/06/2012
I was a little skeptical at first but really liked the overall appearance and style of the vehicle. I test drove several Acadia's but the overall amenities for the price offered by the Outlook XR could not be beat. The same vehicle would have been 40k plus for an Acadia. Only con is the Outlook is a little gas hog. Also when I did research on the Outlook XR the reviews were all very good. Even though Saturn has closed GM took those parts and retro fit them on the 2012 Acadia's. Basically the same vehicle for half the price.
PS Took it last week on the first road trip and kids loved the DVD entertainment system. First time I could drive in peace.
Love My Vue
2008 Saturn VueMandy - Houston TX04/19/2011
I'm really pleased with my Vue, i considered the ford escape and several other small suv's but after plenty of online research i found the Vue to be the best buy. It drives well, is very comfortable and gets average gas mileage.
