We just purchased the car for my son and haven't had a chance to drive it much. It appears to handle well and is comfortable in the front and back. It will take some time to get you to the placement of the dashbord instruments. The only problem so far is the inside dome light. It doesn't go out automatically and has to be turned off manually.
I didn't like Saturn because they are not real cars; and I was wrong. This baby rides smoothly with no cabin noise and great control. My average mpg is 26 (mostly city driving) and I only fill it up once every two weeks. The maintenance is very low because she rarely needs attention and the parts are inexpensive while the regular maintenance is very cost effective. She is exactly what I need and everything that I need. I can't believe that I was so wrong about this car. I love her so much I am going to have to give her a name.
Nice car, easy driving for starting drivers.

This is a great car for beginning drivers. It's easy to control and easy to see out of. It also has decent amount of leg room inside despite its compact appearance. Also has a lot of trunk space, which i like because i put all of my work supplies in it, or its great for roadtrips. The car gets overall decent gas mileage! The only cons I can think of are that there isnt an aux port to plug in any mp3 players and the overall power of the car isnt that strong. Its definitely not for punching the gas but I dont rush when i drive anyways. Overall an excellent and reliable car.
