Excellent For Insane Drives

I needed a small, reliable, fuel-efficient car to get me though my daily 70 miles of commute. My beloved classic Saab 900 was not that car. This one is. Nothing flashy, but it gets the job done, and looks cute while doing it. Not the zippiest thing ever, but I don't get much opportunity for zipping anyhow. For it's small size, it's surprisingly roomy inside, and with the rear seats folded down I can I can hit Costco, the feed store, and get groceries, all in one trip. The only caveat is that I do wish the driver's seat was more adjustable. Trying to get to a comfortable position where my short little legs could reach the pedals without the steering wheel being in my lap was a bit of a challenge, and required the purchase of three different cushions before I was able to drive comfortably for long periods of time.

Can't beat what you get for the price!!!!

Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised with this vehicle. Has a great deal of extras that would otherwise be extras in other one's. Mileage is good, nothing wrong with comfort and head room, I am 6'1" as to give you an idea. Purchase with confidence that you are getting a great deal with lots of extras and plenty of options whether you elect to put them in the dealer (expensive) or do it yourself!! Enjoy, I am sure you will.

So much more than what I expected

When I bought this car I thought I was making a sacrifice. I loved the body style but everyone talked about how slow the car was. Maybe I got a good one but this car is everything but slow. With that said it isn't the fastest car around but dollar for dollar this car will stand up to the best. This car hangs with my wife's VW GTI. That's right a car that has 100 more HP than the FR-S but these things are so dang light. I do have to say i got a re-tune the week after I got the car. That got rid to the dreaded power curve dip at 3500rpm. Running on high-grade gas the thing is a blast to drive. handeling is the best if been in. Even compared to BMW and Corvette. It's just more fun to drive.
