Transmission: Automatic Color:Green Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (4.143 reviews) For living in the west, specifically Colorado, Subaru Outbacks are THE car to own. Yes, I understand that station wagons are not "hip" or cool, but this car is not about being hip or cool, but rather being able to get where you want to go up in the hills safely and with little trouble. And speaking of little trouble, any Subaru, with its all-wheel-drive, will allow you to get around town or the state in snowy weather, with little or no trouble. The Outback is safe and one of the most reliable vehicles out there!

Transmission: Automatic Color:Gray Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.778 reviews) Before this forester i owned an 02 forester for 13 years. A forester is the only option this time also. Subaru Forester was the first to voluntarily install side air bags. To me that is a company committed to safety. Subaru's get the highest 5 star crash rating in govt testing, reliability is high, goes in the snow and any conditions safest care to own and drive. I'm an ex defensive driving instructor and safety and reliability is important to me. I dont like the 13's and newer models as they raised the height and hence center of gravity and dont hold the road as well and why i got an 11.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Orange Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.143 reviews) Originally I was driving a 20-year-old Jeep. I really liked the 4WD capability in particular, not to mention the engine power, raised up ride and the extra hauling capacity. But when it died I was left to make the choice of economy vs size. I think for my lifestyle the Impreza hatchback was a great fit. With this car the most noticeable advantage is the mpg. I think it would be hard to find another vehicle with this kind of great fuel economy that has such an excellent AWD system. I initially thought I'd sacrificed cargo space but in reality hatchbacks have space versatility and volume that's comparable to most compact SUVs. The only difference is that they sit lower to the ground - which was a hard decision for me to make too in this.

Best car on the road in my opinion

Excellent Personal Car That Can Tackle Most Tasks

Originally I was driving a 20-year-old Jeep. I really liked the 4WD capability in particular, not to mention the engine power, raised up ride and the extra hauling capacity.
