Transmission: Automatic Color:White Interior Color: Tan Average Vehicle Review: (4.4 reviews) I've found out from owning this car <1 year is it is a must to upgrade the rear sway bar for stiffer steering response. Of course this is a subjective matter but definitely worth the $100 or so. Wish Subaru would have done this from the factory. Moonroof would be nice, but I like things simple and would rather not have to deal with a leaky moonroof as I have had past experience with this (not a Subaru, however). The CVT performs great! And this is my first CVT. It pulls from a stop and would hang with any other 4 cylinder cars. Handling around mountainous turns is flawless and I couldn't have asked for more. Excellent safety features and great interior cargo room for my little family of four. Maintenance is easy as the oil filter is on top.

Transmission: Automatic Color:White Interior Color: Tan Average Vehicle Review: (4.4 reviews) handles well, well built, safe, high ratings on reliability and maintaining value. A little more expensive than other cars but worth it. Only thing I dont like is the road noise inside makes using the blue tooth for phone calls impossible if you are driving on the fwy. can be used only at low speeds. I am so bummed about that.

Excellent Personal Car That Can Tackle Most Tasks

Originally I was driving a 20-year-old Jeep. I really liked the 4WD capability in particular, not to mention the engine power, raised up ride and the extra hauling capacity. But when it died I was left to make the choice of economy vs size. I think for my lifestyle the Impreza hatchback was a great fit. With this car the most noticeable advantage is the mpg. I think it would be hard to find another vehicle with this kind of great fuel economy that has such an excellent AWD system. I initially thought I'd sacrificed cargo space but in reality hatchbacks have space versatility and volume that's comparable to most compact SUVs. The only difference is that they sit lower to the ground - which was a hard decision for me to make too in this.

My Second Impreza

Car is just the right size for me and my needs. The hatchback gives me the storage room and my newest one seems wider and a bit roomier. Also the seats have been straightened! No more bucket seats which I never liked about the Forester and other Impreza I've owned. Always feel safe and secure in my Suburu, no matter what the weather.

Fast and Fun - even as a grocery getter!

This car punches above its price level in terms of performance. AWD sports car =all 265 horses hit the road. When you hit 3k RPM, you feel that turbo kick in and you are off! Look for the 2013 Orange ones - only 200 WRX and 100 STI were made with this trim package! To top it off - the car's safety features are keyed into Subaru's Rally car platform. These things are tanks in crashes! The A/B/C pillars are reinforced (basically a light-weight roll cage built into the car). The drivetrain buckle zones are designed to make the H-4 engine rotate vertical and act as a shield for the passenger compartment in a bad enough crash. Subaru knows a thing or two about how they perform in worst case crashes from decades of rally cross experience!
