Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: Tan Average Vehicle Review: (5 reviews) I've found out from owning this car <1 year is it is a must to upgrade the rear sway bar for stiffer steering response. Of course this is a subjective matter but definitely worth the $100 or so. Wish Subaru would have done this from the factory. Moonroof would be nice, but I like things simple and would rather not have to deal with a leaky moonroof as I have had past experience with this (not a Subaru, however). The CVT performs great! And this is my first CVT. It pulls from a stop and would hang with any other 4 cylinder cars. Handling around mountainous turns is flawless and I couldn't have asked for more. Excellent safety features and great interior cargo room for my little family of four. Maintenance is easy as the oil filter is on top.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (5 reviews) handles well, well built, safe, high ratings on reliability and maintaining value. A little more expensive than other cars but worth it. Only thing I dont like is the road noise inside makes using the blue tooth for phone calls impossible if you are driving on the fwy. can be used only at low speeds. I am so bummed about that.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: White Average Vehicle Review: (4.4 reviews) This is a really nice little car that handles great in any weather and gets great gas mileage, especially for an AWD. I expected it to be better in snow - but I had not realized what a great car it is in heavy rain and flooding. Handles great, love all the extras in the sport model.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.778 reviews) Incredible amount of room, especially in the back seats. Highway MPG. 2.5 engine has plenty of power, even for passing and cruising on mountain climbs (I travel over the Blue Ridge Mountains constantly). Smooth ride, even on 14-hour trips. Climate controls easy to use and system is effective in maintaining comfort. Hardon sound system has great acoustics. Seats very comfortable, but might be a bit short for long-thighed drivers. Leather seats much more comfortable than the cloth ones. No body rattling. Overall, a pleasure to drive, and it gets lots of compliments from friends.

Reviews for Subaru Sedans

Overall Rating

4.6 out of 5(1,176 reviews)

Excellent vehicle for the price. Rated number #1 in safety.

If you are the "on the go" type of person, then there is no stopping you. The Outback performs it's best in snow. With a feel and look of a luxury cross over. Plenty of back seat space and leg room. Ample trunk space and more when seats fold down. Number one in safety. Use regular gas. Back up camera and satellite radio. Worth a look.

- J., 2014 Subaru Outback

I think may be best car made for price.

The AWD goes great in any weather condition, that's why I got it. And it gets great mpg at around 33mpg. Smooth riding car and can switch to paddle shifters any time and really comes in handy driving in the snow, can control what gear its in so I can slow the vehicle down by downshifting instead of hitting the brakes and risk sliding. Overall I don't think you can beat this car for the price, especially if it lasts a long as older subarus do.

Fast and Fun - even as a grocery getter!

This car punches above its price level in terms of performance. AWD sports car =all 265 horses hit the road. When you hit 3k RPM, you feel that turbo kick in and you are off! Look for the 2013 Orange ones - only 200 WRX and 100 STI were made with this trim package! To top it off - the car's safety features are keyed into Subaru's Rally car platform. These things are tanks in crashes! The A/B/C pillars are reinforced (basically a light-weight roll cage built into the car). The drivetrain buckle zones are designed to make the H-4 engine rotate vertical and act as a shield for the passenger compartment in a bad enough crash. Subaru knows a thing or two about how they perform in worst case crashes from decades of rally cross experience!
