Used 2010 Subaru Impreza 2.5i for Sale
Reviews for 2010 Subaru Impreza
Subraru WRX hatch is a fun, versatile gas guzzler
Really like the car. It's as fast as I can handle, can fit my two 90+ lbs dogs in the back, and with the right tires can go anywhere anytime. Unfortunately, it doesn't come standard with those tires. It comes with OEM sport summer tires that are useless in the snow. The quality is OK but clearly has roots in the economy class. The stereo isn't great, the seats are good but not great. There is a new WRX that's coming out soon so the styling will soon appear to be late model. That all being said, when you step on it it brings a smile to your face. It does a lot of things well. However, it can drink some petrol. Averaging 23 mph over the first 2000 miles I've put on the car.
I have been a Subaru owner for 12 years and I am always satisfied with the comfort of the car and the way it handles in just about any kind of weather condition. The Impreza takes curves at a reasonable rate of speed and doesn't veer at all. The shorter wheel base gives you better handling than a wider car. It has an extremely high safety rating which is a real plus for me also.
Multiple features not working and it's only three months into purchase
Less than three months of buying the car, we've had numerous problems with air pressure and brakes. In the midst of a snowstorm, we just learned that the skid control is malfunctioning. Also, we had to take it back to Carmax within three weeks because the brake and license lights weren't working! It's as if carmax didn't check the car thoroughly and of course, were eager to sell it to us!
