Transmission: Automatic Color:Silver Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (4.786 reviews) Would I recommend? Maybe. The Rav4 is a good looking car and great for running around. It is not the most comfortable ride, however. I feel all the bumps in the road. On a smooth road, it would probably be fine. However, in Mississippi, there is no such road. If it had a nice, smooth ride, I would love it. But the discomforts of being bounced around have me dreaming of the day I can get something a bit nicer. My daughter says the back seat is much more uncomfortable than the front. My only other problem with the car are the headrests. They tilt forward at a bad angle, making me hold my head in an uncomfortable position. To fix that, I took the headrest on the driver's seat out and flipped it backwards. It is totally useless.

Exceeds my expectations

I've put on 15,000 miles on my Avalon Hybrid in 4 months doing both urban driving and highway driving between LA and Phoenix. I'm averaging 44 mpg all-around, and the car has abundant passing power when the Eco button is released. The cabin is quiet, and I drive in comfort and safety. My only negative comment is the front seats could be better; I've seen better front seats in a 2004 Camry. At first I experienced seat discomfort and fatigue but my body got used to it. I drive from Phoenix to LA in 6 hours, and I can handle the drive after getting used to the seats. I love the car and I plan on staying with Avalon as long as they deliver a package with power, mileage, comfort, and reliability like the one I have now.

Great car

This is our second Prius and it's even better then the first. Everyone knows about it's good MPG, but that's really a small part of why this is a great car. It rides and drives well and have NO mechanical issues. Our first Prius had over 200,000 mile when it got slammed into my some nut case. Otherwise we would still be driving it. No Battery or any other issues. Like I said. A great car all around.

Reliable, Enough Power & Great on Fuel

I am trading in my 2013 Rav4 only because on Road trips, I cannot bear the uncomfortable seats. Headrests are pushed forward 7 will not adjust back. The loud cabin noise i can put up with but i need to be comfortable on road trips so i have to part ways with Rav4.
