2015 Toyota 4RunnerDavid Hansen - Hesperia, CA01/06/2016
Previously I had a 2005 4Runner with a V8 engine and I haul a large utility trailer. This 2015 model year only has a V6, so I was concerned about trailer-pulling capability. But, no problem. They managed to get as much horse power out of the V6 as the V8 had. Mine is also a 4-wheel drive and is great for off-roading. On the regular roads and highways, it drives great and smooth. I love this 4Runner.
2014 Toyota 4RunnerMike Gibson - Mission Viejo, CA11/01/2016
Bought this during the summer to travel from California to North Dakota. The 4 Runner performed admirably. Roomy enough with the 3rd row seat and with cargo box on the roof rack we carried a lot of gear easily. We decided on the Toyota after considering the Infiniti QX60. The price was right and given Toyota's dependability history we knew we made the right call
Great car, a bit pricey
2008 Toyota 4RunnerGreg - Lakewood, CO11/14/2014
Great all around car. Not too big, not too. It drives like a sedan but can still conquer more tough stuff than most SUVs or trucks. The 4.7L V8 has an impressive amount of kick but the gas mileage as well as the size of the gas tank leave a bit more to be desired. I have owned a '97 Ford Explorer, an '08 Subaru Outback, and an '04 F150 and this is on par with my previous Subaru for quality and finish. Although not quite on the same level as Subaru with regards to driving on slick surfaces, the full time 4WD is still great and will get you to and from most anywhere.
