This is the best car Toyota has ever made. It has power to spare, has plenty of options and takes the turns and straights like a charm. I have absolutely no complaints as this was a very good, well thought out purchase. It handles good and plenty of space and leg room. I am 6 feet tall and i have no problems anywhere in this car even in the back seat, which also has reclining seats which is nice. All in all a great buy with plenty of options to grow with and beautiful styling... Just buy it you won't be disappointed
The last car we owned was a 2000 Toyota Avalon. We drove it for 16 years and would be driving it yet if my husband had not totaled it last December. It had 171,000 miles on it and it never gave any trouble. When we went to buy another car there was no question as to what car we would buy. We only looked at Avalons. In the 16 years since we bought our last car they have made so many technical advances that this car is loaded to the hilt with everything uou could put on a car. It is a dream car. We love Avalons because of the safety, reliability, interior size, gas mileage, etc. This car has so many little compartments to put things. They have used every little space. We love it, love it, love it!
Great car for a big guy. I'm 6'3 and 360 lbs. (at the time I bought). Leg room is great. I'm not jammed up by the center console like other cars do me. Entry in and out is easy (that's why I bought this rather than a later model). I bought it 6 yrs ago. No problems. Accelerates well in emergency passing situations. It's so quiet; even when idiling. My dad had to ask me one day was it really running (lol). Just routine maintenance; no mechanical breakdowns. I've alway taken it to my T-dealer. You can't beat geniuine Toyota parts--even window wiper blades. It's worth it in the long run. I bought it with 47k and I now have 142,000 on it. Mine was an XL but looked inside and out like the picture above sans foglights and faux wood trim and moon roof. My first car was a '73 super beetle stick, and since then I've had a buick, a bonneville and two other Toyotas. And by far, Toyota has been the best, most reliable car I've ever had (well, may be the bug). And my Toyotas were all used. You can't go wrong with the Avalon. You can't go wrong with C-max.
