2007 Toyota CamryJanice Brubaker - Mechanicsville, VA10/24/2016
I've had this car for 4 months and have had nothing but problems. It's been in the shop a couple of times because it jerks and sputters. AC had a problem and it burns oil worse then my 2002 Camry did. I should have kept that one at least it had almost 200K miles on it before the oil started burning and it started having issues. The quality of this car is not as good as my old 2002. I would not recommend this car to anyone!!

We are VERY HAPPY with the car that we bought! The extras that we were looking for are worth the wait. I guess the only thing I could say in a negative sense is that the computer for the MPG thinks that it is running low on fuel and when we fill it up we put in approx. 14 gallons in an 18 gallon tank. Now that we know this we've adjusted to it, we have no problems at all. I would recommend this car to anyone.
CFB -- CAMBRY LE
2007 Toyota CamryCFB - Baltimore, MD06/12/2007
I really enjoyed my cambry.
I chose the 4 cylinder - 2.8 L motor which is normally a smaller engine that I have driven in the past.
Since I do a great deal of driving, my next Cambry which I am planning to buy in 3 years will probably be a move up to the 6 cyclinder engine. I found that on a extemely enclimb, or driving high way driving with the air-conditioning on that the Cambry is not performing as well as I would like or am used to.
I choose the 4-cylinder for the gas economy but when in 3 years I buy another Cambry or an Avalon, the gas prices will also be a consideration.
But I have told everyone that I know how pleased I am with my car. I am disappointed as I mentioned above about certain issues but not enough to prevent me from buying another Cambry.
2007 Toyota Camry Overview
The Toyota Camry has been completely redesigned for 2007. As Toyota's best-selling family sedan, the automaker played to Camry's strengths; the midsize sedan is roomier, more powerful, more fuel efficient and has more features than its predecessors.
Features & Specs
The Toyota Camry comes with 4 trim levels: CE, LE, SE and XLE. Feature packages become increasingly luxurious with higher trim levels. Major standard equipment includes air conditioning, power windows and locks, cruise control and an enhanced sound system. The LE adds in remote keyless entry, with optional upgrades for Bluetooth connectivity. The SE has options to include heated front seats, power moonroof and rear seat reading lamps. The XLE has the most luxurious cabin with dual-zone climate control, Bluetooth built in, steering wheel audio controls and power moonroof.
Design & Performance
Anyone seeking a family sedan knows that the Toyota Camry excels in every category. The 2007 Camry handles reliably well, and, in addition to a comfortable, spacious interior, creates a refined driving experience. Additionally, Toyota has increased Camry's size in this new generation. The drive is quiet, soft and dynamic and its responsiveness allows the Camry to hold its own against sportier vehicles on the market.
Powertrain & Engine
The 2007 model year means that the Toyota Camry has new powertrain options. Standard is a 2.4L four-cylinder engine with a 3.5L V6 engine available to swap in. Both engines are available for all trim levels except the base level trim. Each engine is typically paired with either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automatic transmission.
Body Style & Interior Comfort
The 2007 Toyota Camry has received a complete styling refresh. Now, the 2007 Camry looks athletic and elegant to better match its driving capabilities. Due to its larger size, the Toyota Camry is also more spacious than its 2006 predecessors. On the inside, the 2007 Camry offers comfortable seating with higher trims equipped with high-quality upholstery.
