Used 2008 Toyota Corolla S for Sale
Reviews for 2008 Toyota Corolla
Love This Car!
I bought this car used in 2009 with 10K miles. Have enjoyed every mile in it. Super reliable (only things I've replaced in 47K miles are the tires and cabin filter), super fuel efficient (averages 40 MPG in my daily commute), has great looks inside and out (dash looks as good as a BMW), great sound system with 6 CD changer, good visibility (could be a little better looking out the rear), great A/C and comfortable driving position. I also love the way it looks in Silver Streak Metallic. The other great thing about this car is that it is easy to work on if your a DIY-er. Oil changes are a snap, the cabin filter can be changed in 2 minutes, and even the manual transmission gear oil is super easy to change. The next thing I probably will replace is the serpentine belt and even that looks quite simple to do. Toyota takes the time to engineer their cars and design them for the market they're targeting. With the 2008 Corolla, they hit the bull's eye. I'm keeping this car for a long time, and from what I've read, it will easily go the distance.
I recently purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla S Model and have been quite impressed with the overall performance and appearance of the car. The acceleration is good for a 1.8 engine and the beakes perform well even though they are not ABS beakes. There is a signnificant differnece in appeartance between the S model and the CE and LE models. I recently rented a LE model and found the overall interior of the LE to be quite inferior to the S. Between the wrap around leather steering wheel and transmission shifter and the upgraded wheel covers the S rules.
Great Little Car
This is the first Toyota I have ever owned and I can see why Toyota has such a high rating. I have had zero problems since I have had it. I get a lot of compliments on how it looks. I drive it from indianapolis to Memphis on a regular basis. Normal gas milage is between 34 and 38 mpg depending on what gas I use and how I drive, it seems to run best on 89 octane. The only thing that is a minor issue but not a big deal is it feels like I am reaching for the steering wheel and can't adjust the seat to compensate. Great Car!!!
