Used 2008 Toyota Highlander Limited for Sale
Reviews for 2008 Toyota Highlander
I've a love affair with my 2008 Highlander, Sport
Getting a 2008 or later Highlander is worth the extra cost. Toyota redesigned the Higlander for 2008 and it has much more room. My kids have plenty of space in the second row and even the third row has reasonable size for adults, let alone kids. The JBL stereo with 9 speakers gives great sound and my wife is always complaining that it's too loud! Now that it's gotten a bit colder, we've used the seat heaters and they work great. One of the best things about the Highlander is that it takes regular unleaded gas and is as good on mileage as any of the SUV's. About 17 mpg around town and 25 mpg highway. By contrast, the MDX we used to have requires premium and gets 14mpg. Gas cost is way down, but we all know that won't last forever. If you have a choice of color, get gold!
2008 Toyota Highlander
I purchased my 2008 Highlander about 3 months ago and so far have been very pleased. Plently of power for whatever you need to do. I traded a 1999 Dodge Dakota for it and the power difference is amazing. I have a 6' x 10' trailer that I haul things with and you don't even know it back there even with a heavy load. The interior is exceptional in fit and finish and the rear AC is great for the kids. It drives more like a car than a mid-sized SUV and takes turns like a champ. I would absolutely recommend this vehicle to anyone. I have a family of 5 and we fit comfortably. The 3rd row seat is great for long trips. If you are in the market for a mid-sized SUV buy a Highlander you won't be disappointed
