Simply put: 9 GAL of fuel = 480+ miles of worry free travel every fill up and the catch? well, if you consider paying less than $40.00 every fill up a catch, then, there is your catch. This car is our 2nd Prius. The car was designed for aerodynamics and fuel efficiency, there's not much to expect other than your usual "entry-level" car options. You are really paying for the technology behind the "legendary" Prius fuel efficiency. We took delivery (from Carmax) of this Prius C with surprisingly low miles and almost brand new condition. It's the up-level Prius C and it's by no means a luxury package, but simply an upgraded features package. I love this "baby Prius" for it's "sporty curves" and the extra lunch money get to spend.
It is a very easy car to drive. Not as much "pick-up" as my Honda Fit, but the gas mileage is worth it. Also, you CAN'T lock your keys in the car!! If the keys are in the car, the car WON'T lock. I have a dark gray color, but the inside is a light sand color- would not have been my choice (staining).
Well, I had a V8. Powerful yes gassgussler. I have had my Prius for 6 months now and I am still excited to get in it and drive. The millage cannot be beat. Seats are awesome, the car to cell connection is flawless. Parking is a super breeze because it's compact. My only problem with the Prius c is its door locksecurity feature, I walk up as a driver and the sensor unlocks for me and that's it, on passenger side I walk up and it unlocks all doors........this may seem like little to nothing but for someone who works out if his car this feature is quite annoying, I wish the driver side unlocked all doors as well. Other then that this car has been the best buy of my life, 20$ and I can drive up to 340miles.
