This car gets great gas mileage, which is why I was particularly interested in this model. I have always owned SUVs in the past because I am very tall and hate having to hunch over or lay all the way back with my knees in my chest like in most cars. But the Prius is shockingly comfortable. My boyfriend (who is 6'4) and I did a 10 hour road trip the first month I had this car and we were amazed not only at the gas mileage, but at how well the car held up through a freak snowstorm, rain, and driving over the mountains, all while being super comfortable. I never thought I would say it, but I honestly love my little Prius.
Perfect commuter car

I was a little hesitant on becoming one of those "Prius drivers" nobody likes but it's really a great car. There's plenty of room for my 6'3" 230lb self, it's quiet, smooth, comfortable, maintenance free and has enough pep to get down the road. I also love the 50 mpg average I get on my 110 mile daily commute. It cut my fuel consumption in half.
Passing another gas station!
2009 Toyota PriusStephen Ferguson - Yorktown, VA09/24/2015
this vehicle is probably one of the best handling small car that I have ever driven. Its' power is lower, but sufficient. There are no rabbit starts which makes driving it for pleasure so much better. gas consumption is minimal which makes filling up a monthly thing rather than a weekly of bi-weekly thing! The hatchback provides enough space for carrying large items a dream come true. You will like this car!
