2016 Toyota RAV4Becky O'Toole - Mays landing, NJ02/21/2016
This car drives great, handles well in the rain and the light snow I experienced so far. I feel very confident driving this car with my kids in it. Its a great family car tons of room in the cargo area. I can fit the kids big tire wagon, stroller and other things. Also the backseat isn't bad either, i wouldn't mind seating back there on a roadtrip. And the look is very sporty, i dont feel like its a mommy car or I would of never bought it. Lol Overall I love this car.
It got be the back gate, definitely!!!

This is my third Toyota Rav4- I work with dogs so the back gate that opens sideways comes quite handy when taking a dog in or out of the car as it provides me with the ability to control the dogs and so keeping them safe.
Toyota is no longer making this style so it worries me big time.
Perfect for pet owners!
2011 Toyota RAV4Melissa - Fredericksburg, VA02/19/2015
It holds more than my Ford Ranger pick up truck.
Dogs can easily jump in and out.
The back area is large enough for a medium sized crate to be in it, and the back seats do not need to be folded down!
I love the back door -- it opens out instead of up. I'm 5'4" and have trouble reaching the doors of those that open up.
Easy to park.
