Amazingly Safe and Fun Vehicle to Drive w/ Plenty of Room

This vehicle is nice looking and it is big. At first, I thought the size was going to be a con but it turned out to be a pro! I was worried about driving such a large vehicle when my husband recommended it but I have become accustomed to it and have no problems driving it. The sensors let you know if you are getting too close to something and the backup camera helps as well. It fits our baseball family perfectly. We can fit 8 people in it plus the gear, if needed. Of course, the storage space is limited with 8 versus 5 but it still works out nicely. How do I feel when I drive this vehicle? SAFE! COMFORTABLE! LIKE A PAMPERED QUEEN! It is fantastic and the best vehicle that I have ever owned.

Redesign Suggestions

I love the way the toyota handles and the comfort is superb - the way you sit up is great too. The two things I would redesign would be the side mirrors, they create a huge blind spot and for me I have trouble seeing other cars at 4-way stops and lane-changing. Also, the controls on the heat are cumbersome to use, especially the flow-through air and heat both at your feet and mid-sections. All-in-all, I really like all the unique features engineered into the Toyota Seqouia. I still find hidden compartments in the vehicle. The flexibility and configuration of the seats in the back are very user-friendly too.

Best SUV I have owned

I have owned several SUVs, different brands, different sizes, trips, etc... the Sequoia was my choice over a Nissan Armada, Ford Expedition, Taohes, and others. Toyota's are commonly known as expensive, but the price was lower than an average Tahoe. Finding a used Limited or Platinum a couple of years old will give you better options than a brand new GMC or Ford. you will have more room, seating layout bigger seats. In terms of performance, this SUV will outperform just like a pick up, you can pull pretty much anything you will pull with a Tundra (or F150 or Silverado). As soon as I purchased mine I took my family and some friends (total of 7 people) for a road trip, we clocked over 3,500 milies through Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas. We climbed, we descended, drove on curvy roads, it was a blast to drive. we decided to pull a small U-Haul trailer for with cooler ans suitcases, did not even feel it back there. Our Limited Sequoia, came with a DVD, and the scond row bucket seats. The more people you load in this car, the more you like it. A lot of its standard features are optional in other models. this is the best value, the closes competitor is the Armada, which rides a little bit smoother, but the room in the third row is better on the Sequoia. BUY IT, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

They’re big. They’re bold. They’re kinda in your face. Tall pickup trucks and SUVs have the kind of ride height that gets you over, through, and around the kind of rough terrain which stops other vehicles in their tracks. If you live in a place with lots of snow, mud, or uneven ground, ride height (defined as the distance between the bottom of your truck’s tires and the lowest point on the underside) is probably more important to you than road-hugging and handling characteristics and strong fuel efficiency.
