Transmission: Automatic Color:Red Interior Color: Tan Average Vehicle Review: (4.95 reviews) My husband and I love this vehicle. For starters, he is 6'4 and we have had a hard time finding a vehicle with enough leg room. He drives an H3 but it is very small inside and will only accomodate 2 car seats and a stroler...forget about groceries. In the Sequoia I have two car seats and on occasion have easily accomodated a third. My husband can easily sit between the two kids and his knees do not hit the front seats. He has even squeezed between the two front seats to get to the back while I was driving. I generally have the third seat folded down and it is huge...plenty of room for 2 strollers, groceries, etc. The ride....this car halls a#* and one thing I immediately noticed is that you rarely feel the vehicle shift. It is so smooth and powerful. The size....this truck is huge and I find myself parking away from other cars but now that I get used to its size I am more comfortable parking in tighter spaces. Additionally, the turning radius is quite surprising. Very nice. I have a couple complaints....for such a big car, the doors are really light. It just makes me wonder how it would hold up if I were t-boned and hope I never find out. Also, the motor in the sunroof keeps running when it is open. I am scheduled at the dealer to get it fixed but hmmm. The last thing and the one that concerns me most is there is a squeak. Not sure where it is coming from but it's making me nuts...need to get that looked at too. Overall, we love the vehicle and hope to get 200,000 miles or more out of it. It meets our needs as a family of four, I feel very safe driving it, my husband is very comfortable in it and we are very happy with the vehicle.

Toyota's never let me down!

This is the 5th Toyota that I've owned and I am once again amazed at the quality and reliability. All but once of the Toyota's I've purchased have been used with close to 100K mile on them and have never once had any issues outside of normal wear and tear. Love them and will continue to buy them!!!

Best SUV I have owned

I have owned several SUVs, different brands, different sizes, trips, etc... the Sequoia was my choice over a Nissan Armada, Ford Expedition, Taohes, and others. Toyota's are commonly known as expensive, but the price was lower than an average Tahoe. Finding a used Limited or Platinum a couple of years old will give you better options than a brand new GMC or Ford. you will have more room, seating layout bigger seats. In terms of performance, this SUV will outperform just like a pick up, you can pull pretty much anything you will pull with a Tundra (or F150 or Silverado). As soon as I purchased mine I took my family and some friends (total of 7 people) for a road trip, we clocked over 3,500 milies through Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas. We climbed, we descended, drove on curvy roads, it was a blast to drive. we decided to pull a small U-Haul trailer for with cooler ans suitcases, did not even feel it back there. Our Limited Sequoia, came with a DVD, and the scond row bucket seats. The more people you load in this car, the more you like it. A lot of its standard features are optional in other models. this is the best value, the closes competitor is the Armada, which rides a little bit smoother, but the room in the third row is better on the Sequoia. BUY IT, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
