Vehicle Review: 4.629 (35 reviews) "Our beloved Acura MDX bit the dust after a bad encounter with Jiffy Lube, and it was pointed out to me that for our space requirements and budget limitations we could afford much more in the minivan department. I looked at a few, researched the models and years on Consumer Reports at the library, and we selected an '08 Sienna. It just seemed to really prove itself in Consumer Reports tests. For being a minivan hater, I can't deny that this vehicle is so convenient. It fits our family very well, which will soon include a baby in an infant seat, a toddler in a convertible car seat and a ten year old. We are constantly hauling equipment around for our business as well as friends young and old. All fit nicely. Things I appreciate: --an engine that works well and I know will be reliable. Same with all of the other major systems. Safety & reliability are really why we bought this thing. --a million drink holders all over the place --audio thing to plug in my ipod music to the car audio system --seats are comfortable and adjustable for our bad backs and the car seats fit well. The anchors have been easy to use for our car seats --back windows that go up and down --third row seat splits so you can have one side down if you want; third row seats are really easy to tuck away and put back up --charger in backseat for all of our ipod-type devices --tons of space --one of the side doors can open automatically with keychain clicker Things I'm not so fond of: --it's not sexy. But it's a minivan. I don't think it's possible for minivans to be sexy. --the engine runs a little louder than our Acura MDX. I think we were just spoiled having a luxury SUV --We're tall and when we look in the rear view mirror, part of our view is blocked by a little thing that comes down from the ceiling that shows the temp, MPG, etc. The features of the thing are helpful, but I don't like that it blocks part of my view. The car testers/designers must have been short..."

Transmission: Automatic Color: Red Avg. Vehicle Review: 4.629 (35 reviews) "We're really happy with our Sienna. The cargo room is impressive, even without stowing the third row of seats. It handles like a car and is easy to park. It's performance doesn't quite equal the Odyssey- but I find that to be true in general when comparing Toyotas to Hondas. We purchased a model with relatively little trim and yet it still had a port for our I-pod, which is very useful. The vehicle is car seat friendly and has loads of headroom."

Transmission: Automatic Color: White Avg. Vehicle Review: 4.629 (35 reviews) "The seats are very comfortable on the long hauls. We felt good even after those 600+ mile days. Fuel economy was ok but not as good as the GM vans (Saturn Relay). We got about 23.5 on a 2800 mile trip. My one complaint is that after paying a hefty sum to get XM or Sirius radio we found that we in fact did not get either of them. We were amazed to find that we now have to pony up another $300+ for additional equipment (plus installation) if we want to receive XM. Order your van without a radio at all and buy what you want since Toyotas choice of radio is so poor."
