This was the best van that we test drove out of 5. The only true competition it has is the Honday Odyssey. The Sienna drove the most responsively and was the most comfortable. I am a Camry driver and it handles similarly. The space and layout are the best in the class. The seats fold without hassle. The cargo area is adequate for groceries, gear or luggage. We have been driving it now for over a month. This is my second van and this one I don't mind driving as an every day car.
love the safety features of this vehicle. I test drove a Honda Odyssey at a comparable price but it did not include the Bluetooth or back-up camera. The interior is beautiful and the console area is very user friendly. For someone who is "technologically challenged", and has trouble with the TV remote, I found it very easy to adapt to the high tech features of my new car. The ride is smooth and quiet and this vehicle has a tight turn radius of a smaller car, a big plus in areas where parking lots are tight. Braking is smooth and easy, so no heavy foot needed. Plenty of cargo space. My adult passengers love the separate climate controls for the rear seats and the huge amount of leg room. With grandchildren on the way, this was a much needed step in the right direction for my family and our "field trips".
Roomy, comfortable, well-built and offered in several different colors, the 2011 Toyota Sienna minivan is an excellent choice for larger families. Pros Smooth and powerful V6, available all-wheel drive, seven- or eight-passenger seating. Cons Some lower-grade plastics in cabin, expensive options packages.
