Outstanding performance

Shortly after we bought this low-mileage Toyota Sienna XLE from CAR MAX in Roseville, we went on a 3000+ road trip through New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada. The Sienna exceeded all of our expectations, was easy to drive, and provided us with a comfortable, reliable, enjoyable experience through a variety of driving conditions.

Great, but the air conditioning smells

We LOVE our new '09 Sienna LE. The eighth seat can fit another full carseat, a feature which we have used various times and will continue to use. In fact, that was the clincher on buying this brand of minivan. My only real problems are that the air conditioning smells musty, and when you turn it OFF, the air system smells like a dirty diaper. We put do-it-yourself air freshener stuff in, and that only helped for a little while, so... We'll see what the next step will be. I also wish it had two armrests attached to the driver's side instead of only one, and it would be nice if it had daytime-running lights. My last vehicle did and I am having a hard time adjusting. However, those are the only things about this vehicle that I would change. Once again, we LOVE it!!! I would recommend it to anyone!

Sienna Is Great!

My wife and I recently brought our second Toyota Sienna LE. The previous one was 2002 and was purchased at CarMax also. We love how Toyota has improved this vehicle! It is bigger, has more cupholders, more cargo space, an Aux input for an IPOD, more legroom and a small pullout holder for a woman's purse. The ride and handling is superb! Also, two automatic opening sidedoors are now standard, though I wish the trunk was too. One other thing, the driver and passenger doors now stop at about 4 feet and have to be pushed further. Before, the door would swing fully open and I had several passengers hit an adjacent car. Finally, the old Sienna had 140,000 miles when traded in, and still rode well, which attests to the quality of Toyota.
