Customer Review Summary for Toyota Solara
2003 Camry Solara Convertible
2003 Toyota SolaraSun Lover - Costa Mesa, CA05/30/2008
Having never had a convertible before, I was a bit taken aback by the rattling noises the car made when driving over not so smooth roads.
My brother, who has an even older convertible, assured me that most ragtops are like that.
I chose the 2003, since it was the last year the older body style was available. Not really fond of the bulkier look of the newer models.
It's great fun driving around Southern California with the top down!
Great Single Commuter Car
2007 Toyota SolaraDa Cigar Guy - Stafford, VA04/30/2008
Compared to the 2000 Mitsubishi Galant (4dr) that was driving, this car is excellent. The leather seats are soft but durable. The gas mileage is excellent for a V6 (28-29 mpg) compared to the Galant 4 cyl. (27 mpg). If you use premium gasoline, you can tell the difference in performance when you touch the accelerator and the engine responds. Great in the corners. Love the bluetooth compatibility with my cell phone and the iPod aux outlet is a must have. Not a fan of the rag top, that's why I opted for the Sport package hard top over the convertible. Overall a great car that's sporty without the sporty price tag. A real bargain!
Good looking and well running

It runs great! It looks great! I had one before and I drove it for 200,000 miles until I wanted to get a newer model.
