2003 Toyota SolaraSun Lover - Costa Mesa, CA05/30/2008
Having never had a convertible before, I was a bit taken aback by the rattling noises the car made when driving over not so smooth roads.
My brother, who has an even older convertible, assured me that most ragtops are like that.
I chose the 2003, since it was the last year the older body style was available. Not really fond of the bulkier look of the newer models.
It's great fun driving around Southern California with the top down!
Such a great car I bought a second one!

This is the 2nd Solara I have owned. The first was a 2000. Sold it at 266000 miles but it was still going strong. Very little repairs needed the entire time I owned it. I expect this one to be just as great. Love the look, power and reliability. Climate system is great along with sound and comfortable leather seats. Lots of compliments on Blue Streak color!
Classy yet sporty!!!

Looked at several convertible and absolutely best on market. Easy driving, lots of head/leg room. fits four comfortably. This car is sporty and classy. We love it...
Nothing compares to the feeling of the wind whipping your hair back as you cruise in a well-built convertible. Well, almost nothing—the feeling of getting a great deal on your vehicle purchase is definitely a close second. You can enjoy both of these awesome sensations at the same time by selecting a high-quality convertible that sells for less than $20,000.
