2007 Toyota SolaraRagtop Girl - West Palm Beach, FL12/29/2012
Until early in 2012 I drove a 2005 Toyota Solara convertible. I loved everything about that car but needed a bigger vehicle so traded it in. I have missed the car everyday so I purchased a younger version, a 2007 in the same beautiful white and tan.
The car looks like new and I felt like I was home when I got in it to drive. This is such a solid car, quiet ride, regular gas, an amazing vehicle for the price! Top up or down she has beautiful lines and is fun to drive.
Good Looks, Better Power
2005 Toyota SolaraGzNutz - Milwaukee, WI12/12/2007
The '05 Solara wasn't my first choice when researching cars to buy but I am glad I made the choice to buy one. I had my eyes set on an '05 C230K but after test driving it numerous times found it lacking in every aspect. Initially not too keen on the 'Lara's front end, It has grown on me. An aftermarket grille and intake have made this car one sweet daily driver. The 3.3L V6 has plenty of power and 5 speed auto tranny make for an ample sprint off the line and 55+ passing. Gas mileage for me is about three mpg more than the expected sticker rating under an aggressive driving style. The only issue I have with this model is its tendency to understeer, but my tires only have 40% tread remaining which I am sure is to blame. The '05 Solara's price, dependability, power, and quality put it way above the competition.
Such a great car I bought a second one!
2007 Toyota SolaraLinda G - Spartanburg, SC04/29/2015
This is the 2nd Solara I have owned. The first was a 2000. Sold it at 266000 miles but it was still going strong. Very little repairs needed the entire time I owned it. I expect this one to be just as great. Love the look, power and reliability. Climate system is great along with sound and comfortable leather seats. Lots of compliments on Blue Streak color!
