Transmission: Automatic Color:White Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (4.516 reviews) very nice truck, but could stand a few changes. Headrests are not comfortable. Toyota should do away with their cheesey little box console between the seats, and use a split bench seat with fold up armrest with built in glovebox, like in some of their standard models and other brand pickups. Those consoles are highly annoying, uncomfortable, and pretty much useless, a drop-down armrest would be much nicer, and far less bulky. . Milage could be better in this day and age. Controls are adequate but could be dialed in to be more user friendlay and functional. Auxiliary I Phone imput should be standard on all models. Seat belts could be more adjustable for up and down so shorter people dont have them rubbing against their necks. Price could be more compatable with other brands like "Nissan. All in all a great midsize truck.

Overall Rating

4.5 out of 5(30 reviews)

Good Experience

I owned an older Tacoma for 13 years, and recently traded it in and bought a newer one. These trucks are the perfect. My 1999 Tacoma lasted me for 13 years without any major problems. Their engines are superior, and will run for a long time. This 2005 Pre-Runner is roomy, rides smooth, looks beautiful, and the stereo is incredible sounding.

Great Truck

Not only a great looking truck, but also an excellent performer. The V6 provides plenty of power and still allows reasonable MPG.Controls have been well thought out and are easy to use while in motion. In addition, the ride is exceptional, with comfortable seating for four adults.
