Transmission: Automatic Color:Silver Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (4.4 reviews) this 2014 Venza XLE AWD 6 cylinder is very comfortable to drive. It has all the bells and whistles of the Limited (w/o a sun roof or premium sound) All electronic features are so extensive, I had to read the 90+ page book to operate the Enhance dashboard monitor. features are ergonomically placed including telescoping steering wheel & gear shift are in perfect position for comfort while driving. I like the passenger power seating adjustments. Power on the V-6 engine is sure and steady with extra power to spare even driving in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Gears shift seamlessly. Both front and rear seating are built for tall people with plenty of head & leg room. Cargo space is ample & huge w/rear seats laid down as a flat deck.

Its a good family car.

All in all, its a comfortable, easy to handle vehicle with lots of perks and very little on the downside. No surprises, it does all the things it is supposed to do and does them well.

Needs more features

Although the car seems sound mechanically and roomy, Toyota missed the boat when it comes to ride comfort and road noise. The cloth seats are hard as a park bench and very uncomfortable on long trips. The non powered passenger seat needs more adjustments. There are no sun visor extenders so the sun coming from the side is right in your face. There is no glove box light, and the rear light is on the side, so if you have packages next to it, you get no light when the tail gate is opened. It needs A/C & D/C plug adapters as my previous Chevrolet had. The nineteen inch tires will be expensive to replace, $700 to $1,000 per set of four. It needs rear bumper sensors, as the back up screen can't be seen when the sun shines on it.
