This was a good value for the money. It had just over 10,000 miles on it and is loaded. It has every option we could need except for Homelink and Navigation. A spare clicker and Waze met those needs. The car is fun to to drive and the Turbo Charged 2.0 L has plenty of power. If you are not careful when starting off, you can easily spin the tires. We traded another popular 2 seater convertible for this one and while we did not sacrifice the fun factor, we gained in the "comfort" factor. We are averaging in the mid 20's on miles per gallon for city.
The VW Beetle is fun to drive and just my size! I can reach the glove box and adjust the passenger seat from the driver's seat. There's plenty of storage and I love the sun roof. I enjoy the 5 speed manual transmission and GPS and Bluetooth are real bonuses!
Sporty, fun, classic!

Plenty of room in the cargo area. Lots of legroom for the 6ft and above club (just don't expect four of us to fit all at once!) Power! I have the manual transmission, shifting from 2nd to 3rd is not fluid until you get used to the rpm transfer. Great gas mileage, drives like a dream overall. I've had plenty of vehicles and this tops my list of sedan/ hatchbacks!
Nothing compares to the feeling of the wind whipping your hair back as you cruise in a well-built convertible. Well, almost nothing—the feeling of getting a great deal on your vehicle purchase is definitely a close second. You can enjoy both of these awesome sensations at the same time by selecting a high-quality convertible that sells for less than $20,000.
We used CarMax price data from January 1 through June 30, to compile this list of the best affordable sports cars with average prices under $25,000. This list includes the Nissan 370Z, the Subaru BRZ, and even the Corvette.
