Reviews for 2010 Volkswagen CC
Great car to own, glad I made the decision to purchase this car
Its just a great car, fun to drive, I have a 6 speed and I love a manual transmission, its stylish and a great car
The 1st day my friends saw my car they labeled it: "SEXY"!!! I have previously owned luxury cars ( Lexus & Jaguar) However, this time around I was looking for something not as pricey but "sporty, & girlie" with room for four...This car is it!!! It's Black (waxed & blazing) with the 2-tone sport seats, great on gas, fast, & comfortable. I'm only 5ft and it fits me like a glove!!! It's not the car for a large person and if you are looking for a "quiet" car it may not be the car for you...you do get the "sports" sound but I like that. My only suggestion (and maybe they have it on the newer models). There is no trunk grip...so when you close the trunk you leave finger prints on the top surface of car. ....other than that I love it!!!
2010 VW CC
Having recently purchased a 3 year-old VW CC, I can say that I am extremely pleased and impressed with the car. Being a car guy at heart (my dad was in the car business as a dealer and manufacturer's rep his entire life), I really, REALLY like this car. I've read the reviews that complain about the fact that the car 'only seats 4 people'. Who cares? If you need a car that carries more than 4 people, buy something else. The CC has tons of rear-seat legroom, even with the seats way back. True, taller people do have to duck a little to get under the sloping roof line, but, c'mon, folks! Unless you carry tall passengers regularly, this little inconvenience is far outweighed by the overall great look of the car. I love the way it looks - the profile (not to mention interior materials, fit and finish) make it look like a way more expensive vehicle. The seats are comfortable, easy to adjust, and give great support. It has a great sound system and a nifty set of convenience options. I bought it with the 2.0 L turbocharged engine with automated twin-clutch manual transmission (the DSG). It has taken me a little bit to get used to the clutch 'engage' as you take off from a stop, but (again, as a 'car guy') I love the technology and the crisp shifting. Plus, it gets great gas mileage for such a large car - 31+ on the highway (I seem to be averaging 27-28 mpg overall). My only complaint with the drive train is that it is a little sluggish from a standstill. However, after that first hesitation, it goes like a screamer, thanks to the turbo. The trunk is large enough to get 4 banana boxes inside, plus room for more. (Anyone who has been clued in on how handy those are for moving will know exactly how valuable this feature is.)
