Transmission: Automatic Color:Black Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (0 reviews) Plenty of room in the cargo area. Lots of legroom for the 6ft and above club (just don't expect four of us to fit all at once!) Power! I have the manual transmission, shifting from 2nd to 3rd is not fluid until you get used to the rpm transfer. Great gas mileage, drives like a dream overall. I've had plenty of vehicles and this tops my list of sedan/ hatchbacks!

Transmission: Automatic Color:Gray Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (5 reviews) I love driving my bug, for the most part. It is small and compact, so if you are coming from a car or SUV it will take getting used to the smaller quarters, but it scoots around town easily, fits into parking spots easily and is economical on gas! The cons: driving a stick shift in bumper to bumper traffic is the pits and since I have the convertible, there is a blind spot for me when trying to back out of parking spaces or make left turns from forked roads. If you have kids and need space of car seats, this is not the car for you. But, if you love the drive a sporty car to scoot around town this is a fantastic, reliable car!

Great Retro Style

Most cars in its price are shaped for performance in a wind tunnel and not pretty to look at. It has style and character. Creature comforts are well accounted for in the Fender and GLE models especially. The 2.0 turbo is surprisingly quick and efficient (28-30 hwy). Stock tires are just ok, but easily upgraded to sticky more quiet rubber (Potenza RE 760's do well in FL)

Fun, fun, fun!

The VW Beetle is fun to drive and just my size! I can reach the glove box and adjust the passenger seat from the driver's seat. There's plenty of storage and I love the sun roof. I enjoy the 5 speed manual transmission and GPS and Bluetooth are real bonuses!

Great car!!

Great car. Have driven sport cars most of my life. Mostly two seaters. Though this is a two plus two with very little room for anyone in the rear seats it is still a great car as long as you don't plan on having any passengers in the back seats. Lots of power and torgue. Handles well, with plenty of luxury features one would only expect in much more expensive cars. The dual roofs (sun roof and convertible hard top) are definitely a bonus! Only regret - it took me so long to discover this car. Unfortunately this will be the last year VW will manufacture this vehicle. So sad (sniffle, sniffle, sniffle)!
