great little car. 5 years old and drives like a baby
2008 Volkswagen Eos - Richmond Va02/05/2012
My EOS is not comfortable. There are rattles, there are air leaks, tire noise, and other road noise.
The driver seat is located deep within the car which makes exiting the car difficult....you literally must climb out of this car.
The driver seat is not comfortable and the car is not well suited for a long trip.
Although this car has a 4 cylinder engine, it still requires premium gas.
The speedometer is poorly lighted & difficult to read.
This vehicle is a stealth treasure. No one I've talked to had ever heard of the Eos model and I get compliments and comments on my car from total strangers in parking lots -- and I don't even have the top down! It's nimble and gets really great mileage on the open highway. The back seat is actually large and comfy enough for adult passengers. It is definitely a touring car meant for long drives although it does have a sport gear package if you feel you really must impress someone with that. The 2.0 turbo has some guts and meshes well with the 4-cylinder engine. What a fun little car!
Nothing compares to the feeling of the wind whipping your hair back as you cruise in a well-built convertible. Well, almost nothing—the feeling of getting a great deal on your vehicle purchase is definitely a close second. You can enjoy both of these awesome sensations at the same time by selecting a high-quality convertible that sells for less than $20,000.
