I love my GTI. From the first time I saw it I knew it had to be mine. I was lucky enough to have a killer salesperson and he made sure I got this car. The GTI for a 2-door Hatchback, 4cyl, manual, fully loaded is a little pricy compared to other brands but its VERY much worth it. I owned a 02 Nissan Maxima before this car and it was fully loaded also, 6 cyl manual, and fun to drive. I like the GTI over the fully loaded Maxima in many ways. The car has about the same power seeing how its almost 800 pounds lighter. I get KILLER milage around town on average about 25-30 on the highway doing about 75-80 only about 22-24 but I can still go back and forth to work all week driving 50 minutes each way on just one tank (sitting in traffice doesn't burn much gas though haha). The inside of the car is perfect, it has the red theme going, the precision of all the knobs and buttons are perfect too. The car is loaded with features that I still learn about owning the car a month later. To me the car is a luxury/sporty/hatchback/no kids car. You can easily put another two girls or one guy in the back comfortbly, and in the back has TONS of room. I have more room in the GTI than I did the Maxima. The car looks real sleek and drives real nice. This GTI has the 18" VW wheels with the low profile tires so I feel the bumps but its very minor and larger hits are nothing. I am very happy about this car my ONLY drawbacks are I wish it had a little more power, say 225-230 horse and Torque, and the extended warranty wasn't as expensive. I am very happy I went with this car over another Maxima or Altima.
