I have a Black 2006 Touareg...love it. Heavy car....drives like a Bimmer....but gets more stares because they're not as common. Interior is on par with Porsche Cayenne. Fit and finish are outstanding. Mine is a V8. To be totally honest, gas mileage is AWFUL. But, this is a luxury sports utilty vehicle...its not supposed to be a Kia!

This is my second Touareg. The first a 2004 traded in with 96K miles on a 2007 Volvo XC90. Never really liked the XC90 so I purchased another Touareg due to the fact that I really liked my previous 2004. This one however is a V8 versus my previous 6 cyl. Man this thing moves with ease and is fun to drive. Absolutely no complaints. Okay, the miles per gallon could be better but I did not purchase it for economy, I got it because I like it and do not regret for one second. It is one solid machine that makes driving fun! I love it......
well worth all the money spend
2008 Volkswagen TouaregFlatmad - San Diego11/18/2011
great comfort, best suspension so far I have tried
interior looks very nice
tons of cool features
very thirsty on gas, average 18MPG for me
adequate cargo space, but not as much as it seems
seating area is a little cramped, for man like me at 6.3', not as wide as my chrysler 300
accelerate at V6 3.2 L is a lil bit sluggish
