Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.5 reviews) In this price bracket, the XC90 packs a lot of features. The pilot assist is most impactful as it will self-drive up to 80mph which is a god-send during traffic. It's a great looking SUV, the interior is quite luxurious, very roomy and looks gorgeous as I get a lot of compliments from passengers. The air suspension and B/W sound system are practical must-haves. The engine power is adequate and mpg is as expected from a modern SUV. Cons would be road noise abatement can be better and the Sensus system can be a bit slow but at least Volvo provides software and maps updates. Overall, after a 2600 mile road trip, it's quite the trooper and shuttled my family in a lot of comfort and safety

Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (5 reviews) I purchased my first Volvo about 4 years ago and I love love love it. I have the XC90 and the ONLY thing I'd change about it is the color. Mine is silver and I like black. Seriously I first started looking for an SUV because my rottie puppies were getting way to big for my Mustang, plus they didn't travel well and got sick in my car. I decided I needed an SUV. I needed one big enough to hold 3 big dogs. The Range Rover has that slanted roof in the back and that wouldn't work, as it made head room less for the dogs. The Tahoe and Expedition and many of the other SUVs all kind of looked alike and no one wants to look like everyone else. Volvo has a great safety record and would fit my family (husband and 3 kids; plus my dogs). The Volvo also has a look of it's own. My one negative experience was when my son bottomed out the Volvo and bent the exhaust pipes. They had to be ordered from Sweden. Apparently there are many parts on this vehicle that aren't carried in stock, because they rarely have to replace them. Thus, when they need to be replaced, they have to order it. It took a few weeks to get here. Other than that, I'm passing on my older Volvo to my son and plan to get a new one. One more thing, the gas mileage is great as long as you keep up the regular maintenance. AND I know my family is safe. My son got rear ended by a drunk driver. The drunk's car got jacked up - bent up hood and everything. My Volvo had a tiny scratch on the bumper.
