Customer Review Summary for 2006 Volvo C70
This is a great convertible!
2006 Volvo C70Victoria - Arlington, TX12/11/2007
This is my first retractible hardtop (convertible), and I have to say the hardtop makes all the difference. I loved my softop convertibles in the past, but they were so noisy. This car is as quiet as a coupe, but when the weather is nice, down comes the top. And what a show it is - the trunk opens and the top shuffles down in three pieces. No matter where I am when I lower the top it draws attention. And another big advantage of the C70 over my Eclipse Spyders is the size of the trunk - when the top is up the trunk is huge!
I love this car - it's adorable, quiet, drives and handles very well, and I still have the fun of a convertible. Best car decision I've ever made.
I love my convertible Volvo C70. I think my only complaint is a small backseat...but who cares about the back seat. The engine runs strong and smooth. Its comfortable and fun to drive. I love love love the hardtop convertible. It opens and closes like a transformer. Everyone stops to watch it when I use that option. Its great!

Owned the car for 1 month. Very nice looking and feeling vehicle.
Ride is good, fun around corners, but not a speedster (but when the top is down, all you want to do is enjoy the ride, not make it there in record time).
Minor water leaks during heavy rain or car wash.
Back seat is good for groceries and very short people. Difficult to get in and out of. This is a 2 person vehicle.
Overall fun car.
Nothing compares to the feeling of the wind whipping your hair back as you cruise in a well-built convertible. Well, almost nothing—the feeling of getting a great deal on your vehicle purchase is definitely a close second. You can enjoy both of these awesome sensations at the same time by selecting a high-quality convertible that sells for less than $20,000.
Luxury cars come in all shapes and sizes, but they are all expected to look good and perform well. One advantage of buying a used luxury car is that you get the luxury look-and-feel that you want at a more affordable price.
Henry Ford once famously told customers that his Model T came in any color they wanted, so long as that color was black. That was over 100 years ago. Today, the vehicles available to us come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, with a profusion of available options and features. Whether you're shopping for a quality used vehicle, or you want to take the plunge with a new car, 2017 is a great time to see what's available.
