I like this car a lot better than 2 BMW's I had on lease. It's more fun to drive and is a better value. It also gets great mileage and has plenty of trunk space. The only downside is the factory stereo SUCKS and as in most modern cars it is not straightforward to upgrade.

Great car. Just love it. Lots of power for such a small engine. Great insurance rates due to the safety. Much better gas mileage than expected. Can't say anything negative about it.
The Volvo S40 is the car I've wanted for as long as I can remember - it's pretty cool, sleek, easy . I enjoy the strength felt when I close the doors, lock the vehicle. I feel really safe in this car. It's everything I thought it would be.
