About the Volvo S40

If you're looking for a small car that packs a big punch under the hood, the Volvo S40 may be right for you. This five-passenger subcompact luxury sedan has a lot to offer both inside and out, including a powerful turbocharged inline-five engine, elegant Dalaro upholstery, and automatic climate control on its 2011 model. Through 2010, the S40 is also available with all-wheel drive for added confidence behind the wheel.

While production of the S40 ceased after the 2011 model year, there are still plenty of used S40s available, so be sure to check one out for yourself if you're looking for a stylish and luxurious subcompact sedan.

European design without German price

The S40 T5 R has a spirited engine, so great acceleration. It handles smoothly and with confidence, without being harsh. The car is very quiet and comfortable.
