Very Nice Car
2007 Volvo S60Zero - SC09/23/2010
I've had the car for 6 weeks; it had been a lease car previously.
I really like it. Drives very well. The car has a turbo charger and as you'd expect, it has plenty of power. Quiet interior. Mine has leather and sunroof. Great looking metallic gray exterior.
Gas mileage averages roughly 24 mpg in mixed driving. Must use premium or near premium gas, regular won't do. So the running cost is higher than I'm used to. But the ride, power and comfort also far exceed what I'm used to.
It is a great highway car.
I was seriously considering a Toyota Camry. However this Volvo caught my eye. The 2007 S60T had great ratings on Consumer Reports. I took a test drive and decided to go for it. The Volvo was far superior to the Camry across all dimensions except gas mileage and purchase price.
People who are comparing this Volvo to, say, a BMW might have a different opinion.

The Volvo S60 - Even though the cabin is quite austere without luxury appointments such as wood dashboard and heated seats, it's still worth it. As for the beast under the hood, it kicks in when you want it; there is no lack of power there. Lots of trunk space is a plus. Overall this model is a good value for the money!
Luxury cars come in all shapes and sizes, but they are all expected to look good and perform well. One advantage of buying a used luxury car is that you get the luxury look-and-feel that you want at a more affordable price.
Henry Ford once famously told customers that his Model T came in any color they wanted, so long as that color was black. That was over 100 years ago. Today, the vehicles available to us come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, with a profusion of available options and features. Whether you're shopping for a quality used vehicle, or you want to take the plunge with a new car, 2017 is a great time to see what's available.
Nothing compares to the feeling of the wind whipping your hair back as you cruise in a well-built convertible. Well, almost nothing—the feeling of getting a great deal on your vehicle purchase is definitely a close second. You can enjoy both of these awesome sensations at the same time by selecting a high-quality convertible that sells for less than $20,000.
