I bought the volvo s80 because of the reviews I had seen on the volvo website and consumer reports. Because a new one is so expensive a used one was just fine with me. It has all the features I wanted, is comfortable handles excellent. I am thrilled it is made of metal and not fiberglass all around. That is really important for me for safety. The only downside I can say is the gas mileage is not that great, but it is a heaver car so not that big of a deal. Would I recommend it to someone else. Yes
Great car, great value

Purchased this vehicle June of 2012. 2008 Volvo S80 T6. This is a great car! Very comfortable, nice styling, very comfortable ride, and plenty of power thanks to the turbocharged inline 6! I would say that one of the highlights of this car is the comfort. The seats are very comfortable, and it has front and rear heated seats. The car received excellent safety ratings as well. This car is a great compromise between performance, and practicality.

I am very happy with my Volvo S80. What I like most is the ease of handling over the road. It has great acceleration power. Vast improvement over the S70 that I previously owned. I love the safety features and would reccomend to anyone.
