Customer Review Summary for Volvo S80
2007 Volvo S80KMW - Chicago, IL08/27/2009
I am so pleased with my new volvo, definately worth having a car payment again! It is a very quite, smooth ride with great features. I looked at the S60 new at a Volvo dealer last summer and it was just a bit too small inside, this is just perfect. The gas mileage has been incredible, I get about 25-27 mpg around town and recently took a road trip and got 37mpg. I would definately reccomend this car.
HAD One and Got rid of it!
1999 Volvo S80Recent convert to Honda - North Carolina06/02/2007
I had heard how great VOLVOs were, for their quality and safety...so I bought a used one in late 2004 that only had 28,000 miles. I was warned that repairs could be more expensive than other cars, but I figured with Volvo being known for quality, there would not be as many repairs and it would all average out over the life of the car. In the 2.5 years that I owned it, I had to replace the transmission, water pump, the locking mechanism on one of the doors, and the radio/CD player...just to name a few.
Don't buy one unless you have alot of extra money and you do not mind being inconvenienced by taking it in for the frequent repairs.

It's dated but not bad. Its comfortable though the ride around town is a little rough. Great seats and a nice interior. Its a good looking car and even with the AWD it has a lot of power once the turbo kicks in.
Nothing compares to the feeling of the wind whipping your hair back as you cruise in a well-built convertible. Well, almost nothing—the feeling of getting a great deal on your vehicle purchase is definitely a close second. You can enjoy both of these awesome sensations at the same time by selecting a high-quality convertible that sells for less than $20,000.

Henry Ford once famously told customers that his Model T came in any color they wanted, so long as that color was black. That was over 100 years ago. Today, the vehicles available to us come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, with a profusion of available options and features. Whether you're shopping for a quality used vehicle, or you want to take the plunge with a new car, 2017 is a great time to see what's available.
