Transmission: Automatic Color:Gray Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4 reviews) Comfortable, quiet, smooth, really fast, solid car. what else can you ask for? Drives like a dream. Highly recommend getting the T6 engine if you can find one. Worth it for the extra 50 horsepower. Volvo's interior styling and quality is second to none in its class. The leather is of a higher quality and feel than other luxury cars I have been in. I would take this over a 3 series or an A4 any day of the week. It has ruined all other cars for me.

Transmission: Automatic Color:White Interior Color: Tan Average Vehicle Review: (4.75 reviews) If you enjoy driving, the R-Design is a different car than the regular C30. Great power (225hp), tight steering, firm suspension, quality can be felt and wind noise is almost nonexistent. I would recommend this car for the enthusiast but it's not a convenient family car because rear seat access is not something you want to deal with regularly. Rear tires wear quickly but if your alignment shop is really good, rear settings can be altered slightly to help with that. Factory brake pads are good but dust the rear wheels heavily and I am happier with EBC Red pads on back and will probably go to them on front also. Water in floor (frt or rear) could be sunroof drains in A pillars (short tube or plugged @ firewall) search youtube or Volvo forums.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Brown Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (0 reviews) Wonderful hardtop convertible that is quiet with the top up or down. Silky smooth engine and transmission and plenty of pep. With the top up there is room in the trunk for my wife's wheel chair (a compact travel size model) and enough luggage for 3 people...but the back seat is a bear to get in or out of. With the top down access is great but only room for the wheel chair and two duffel bags. Best stereo I've ever heard with two factory sub-woofers. Navigation system is primitive at best; useless! I get 22 mpg in town and 31 on the hwy from the little 5 cylinder turbo-charged engine. She's a head turner, too. The top mechanism was designed for Volvo by Pininfirina in Italty and it's a marvel of engineering.

Car delivers great value!

In this price bracket, the XC90 packs a lot of features. The pilot assist is most impactful as it will self-drive up to 80mph which is a god-send during traffic. It's a great looking SUV, the interior is quite luxurious, very roomy and looks gorgeous as I get a lot of compliments from passengers. The air suspension and B/W sound system are practical must-haves. The engine power is adequate and mpg is as expected from a modern SUV. Cons would be road noise abatement can be better and the Sensus system can be a bit slow but at least Volvo provides software and maps updates. Overall, after a 2600 mile road trip, it's quite the trooper and shuttled my family in a lot of comfort and safety

Chicago Living

I replaced my Touareg with a brand new XC90 last year. I have to say that I miss my Touareg. This vehicle is nice but for the money the Touareg offered more small niceties like auto unlock of doors when the car is turned off, center console that actually allows you to rest your arm (biggest drawback for me that the XC90 does not offer), smaller turning, etc. Overall the XC90 is a nice automobile, comfortable, easy to park, quiet, great DVD system, service is relatively affordable, solid on the road. I would recommend this car but encourage people to check out a Touareg too. The majority of the time this car has been on the highway and it performs quite well. Gas mileage thats another story but what can you expect from an SUV.

Nice car for family

It feels heavy and strong, and safety rating is good. The handling is not that responsive compare to other cars I have, but it runs more stable on highways at higher speeds. Large cargo space make it our preferred car for longer distance family trips.
