I traded in my 2011 Chevy Equinox for a 2011 Volvo XC60, same color and virtually same mileage. The Volvo is such a superior car, it puts the Chevy to shame. I had every bell and whistle on the Chevy they could offer, and it still felt like a cheap hoopty. Other than the logo on the front grill of the Volvo missing a portion of the blue logo (which I didn't discover for several weeks), it's been worth the difference in cost.
Value & comfort

Have owned 4 Mercedes and 4 Volvo's the last 30 years. like the XC90, but don't need the size and poor mileage. wanted SUV back end for golf clubs, gardening supplies, large dog, but happy with sedan drive and comfort. I got the 2WD and it did great during near record PA winter. I don't drive hard and am beating 17 MPG city rating with 20.8 on 4 winter fill ups and got 28 MPG on Feb 1200 mile trip. Style, safety reputation and dependability are pluses to this very nice drive and affordable wet of wheels!
Volvo still has it

I've owned Volvos in the past and this has restored my faith in the brand. Not the cheapest, but clearly a well built car. My other car is a Lexus, which I love, but the Volvo is every bit as good.
Nothing compares to the feeling of the wind whipping your hair back as you cruise in a well-built convertible. Well, almost nothing—the feeling of getting a great deal on your vehicle purchase is definitely a close second. You can enjoy both of these awesome sensations at the same time by selecting a high-quality convertible that sells for less than $20,000.

Henry Ford once famously told customers that his Model T came in any color they wanted, so long as that color was black. That was over 100 years ago. Today, the vehicles available to us come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, with a profusion of available options and features. Whether you're shopping for a quality used vehicle, or you want to take the plunge with a new car, 2017 is a great time to see what's available.
