The Volvo XC60 drives and rides like a dream! When i first started looking for a car, I wasn't sure what make I was looking for but knew I wanted something safe and spacious. I got those things and more when I purchased this car. The seats are comfortable and the car handles well. I knew Volvos were quality but I didn't know how much more I was getting for the price! I love having Bluetooth capability, the Sirius radio and went ahead and renewed it when the 3 month trial ran out. I had an EXCELLENT experience purchasing my Volvo at Car Max- the sales person Lovie Pulliam was the best!

The ride on this car is great, especially on the highway. Very smooth and the v6 is everything as far as pickup. I like driving this car. It's just the right size for a small SUV and has a deceptively large trunk. The sunroof, real leather seats and seat heaters are great and adds to a luxury feel.

Pros

Power: Quick pickup on the highway, it’s definitely reliable.
Seat Comfort: Comfortable to drive
Ride and Handling: Smooth ride, especially at higher speeds

Cons

Technology and Entertainment: Not intuitive
Fuel Economy: Due to the large engine and weight of this car it feels like I'm burning through fuel.
Braking: The breaks squeak when I release my foot.

I really love that it’s an SUV and I love Volvos but I learned a lot about purchasing used cars from this car and I will never do it again if I can help it!

Pros

Styling: I love the style of the car and it’s features for it to be a 2013 it has good features! I also liked how fast I was able to buy the car, I appreciate CarMax for that.

Cons

Reliability: When I bought the car, it was supposed have been in great shape, however it was not! I bought the car in March and by April I had to buy a new tire because one blew out! By May I went to crank the car and the car would not start, therefore I had to speak with a manager because the rep tried to tell me my limited warranty was over so I had to cover the cost! after finally speaking with a manager and telling them I hadn’t had the car two full months and I am already having major issues suggests to me CarMax sold me a lemon! They finally made arrangements to have the car towed and it took a week to be fixed! Now in June I have to get new brakes and rotors! So it is safe to say I will not buy another used car this old and I will not buy another car from Car Max if I can help it!
