What happens if I stop forwarding emails through Apple's "Hide My Email"?
If you disable email forwarding for the private relay address linked to your CarMax account, you’ll stop getting CarMax emails (appointment confirmations, financing updates, inventory alerts, etc.). You’ll still be able to sign in, but we recommend keeping email forwarding active or updating your contact email. To change this, go to your Apple ID settings and re-enable forwarding, or contact us to update your email address on file.
