The '06 530i in my opinion has the best balance of performance and economy in the 5 series. Solid, quiet car. The regular suspension is sufficiently athletic; beware the harsh ride of the sport package suspension [distinguished by black trim over the windows, 7 spoke wheels, front seats with wrap-around bolsters] and the obstacle to entry/exit the ...
