  The Acura RDx is an awesome mini SUV. Plenty of power, great ride, the seats can adjust to the perfect fit in multiple ways and the technology in it is great from anti collision to the audio system

• Cargo Space

  i recently had to help a friend move. The cargo capacity surprised me as it was nearly the same as my Jeep Cherokee Overland. Plenty of room for daily and unexpected needs

• Seat Comfort

  I do a lot of driving. when I test drove the RDX, the seat comfort fit my needs. my brother prefers taking the RDX over the Jeep Cherokee Overland when I drive. which says a lot about the seats

• Fuel Economy

  the car gets at best on a good day with tail wind and falling off a cliff 26mpg. normal mpg is 22-23 mpg which isn’t nearly what I expected. i do mostly highway miles and the advertised mpg is 27mpg with bad weather it’s closer to 20mpg

• Dashboard

  i don’t like the touch pad system to access the info system. needs a touch pad screen

  the Acura RDX needs a Type S. The 272 ho does well but it could have another power level 😁

  Handles well on windy roads. picks up and maintains speed well.

  very roomy. Good amount of space between driver and passenger seats. comfortable seating in back for 3 adults.

Cons

• Reliability

  This is more about the dealership; only 5,000 miles since purchasing and the engine light came on. The car slowed down to 15-20mph. When I got it checked, I was told it was the spark plugs. spark plugs on this make and model should be changed around 40,000 miles. This should’ve been checked and changed before selling. I purchased at 46,000 miles. Not happy about that.

  I love the arm and leg space. It's easy to get in and out if you have bad knees or back. It drives smooth and it's very luxury for the price.

• Visibility

  I do not like the fact that every time you get in and out the side driver mirror will turn downward. Maybe it's a way to set that and I just do not know about it, but it took me time to get use to it doing that and I have taken off and couldn't see and had to quickly adjust it while driving which was dangerous when switching lanes. I would like it set how I adjust it even when the ignition is turned off and back on.

  Suburb handling even without setting it to Sport or Sport+. SH-AWD is the best.

  Stylish design makes this edition of the RDX the best looking.

  The (new - non Mitsubishi) turbo is very smooth and reliable. Quick acceleration in all modes.

  21+ mpg - needs to be higher.

• Value

  Covid-19 related cost increase for a 45k used RDX was similar in cost to the original purchase price.

  The comfort of the RDX is amazing. It's a 11/10 rating for the seats, especially with the heated and ventilated seats. The ride is smooth l.

• Cargo Space

  The cargo space is very accurate for a compact SUV. You could fit around 3 suitcases inside. Very impressive, good for groceries lol

• Interior Space

  The interior spacing is very spacious for a compact. Not many compact sized vehicles have that. Fantastic.

  Acura being basically a luxury Honda, they're expensive to maintain, but don't need services often, shows reliability.

• Ride and Handling

  Radius could be tighter, but it's better than a Mercedes GLC.

• Cabin Noise

  you can hear a few things from inside the cabin that sounds like the car breaking. I got mine fixed a while ago but still not as good.
