i get 18-20 driving in comfort mode on the freeway. You can get it up to 27 mpg and ive seen it at 14 if you have it in dynamic and are having some fun.

although we have littlt experience with this car, consumer reports and other reviews rate the audi a6 as very dependable

Cost to Maintain
audi calls for expensive oils (spec vw 502-00) which no one except vw and audi dealers seem to stock, antifreeze calls for g12++ or g13 which is also hard to find and expensive.
