This is a VERY quiet ride and I love that! This is a great car for an elderly person. It's so easy to get in and out of and rides nicely.
Cargo Space
For being a smaller crossover, it has a lot of cargo space. And when you fold down the back seats, you'd be surprised what you can fit in the back.
Styling
The higher end package is definitely worth it - the touches are really nice and elevate the car.

Power
While it will definitely perform well in street traffic, accelerating onto a highway ramp needs to be carefully thought out as it isn't the most powerful engine.

It is averaging 28 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway. I use top quality gas on road trips, so that may help. around town I use mid grade fuel.
Dashboard
The controls are all clear, and being able to access things like tire pressure readings through the left control arm on the steering wheel is a convenient bonus.
Interior Space
I like the fact that I can take out the trunk shelf and lay down the back seats and carry a decent amount of equipment, luggage or whatever. it is narrow, though, so won’t fit as much as a full size SUV.

I love it for 1-4 people or to carry light cargo. A 3rd person in the back seat is a tight fit, and it only holds small to medium cargo.

Turns on a dime, very smooth ride and fun to drive.

Seats look very expensive and are super-comfortable and has the option to automatically slide back when you exit the car.

Open space and easy to see over. I don't like wrap-around dash boards and this one is easy to keep clean and is wide open.

The quiet ride and ease of handling with a touch of sporty horsepower is a real treat.

The dashboard with a back up camera has so many ways to adjust the audio, navigation, speed, and to know in real time the oil and gas level, mileage and any issues while driving.

Reliability
When I purchased the car, it was in the shop within a week and several times shortly thereafter because I chose it online, had it transferred from out of state, and the local Carmax dealership didn’t have ample time to drive and check out the mechanics of the vehicle.
Braking
The brakes in my vehicle at purchase needed rotors and other work, but Carmax put new brakes and rotors at no charge.
Cabin Noise
In the beginning shortly after I purchased the vehicle, there were lots of issues including cabin noise because of the wheels and brakes and noises coming from the undercarriage. However, after a couple of trips to Carmax Service Department, and always with a loaner car, the necessary repairs were done and the cabin noise was eliminated. Now the car is quiet and the cabin is very comfortable.
